Olailepo Mara Camp

Olailepo Mara is nestled amidst a lush canopy of indigenous trees, providing a cool and tranquil stay away from the heat of the African plains. Guests get a chance to immerse themselves in a breathtaking scenery while enjoying the comfort of our splendid facilities, elegant tents, and exceptional service. Olailepo truly offers the best bush experience. The camp, formerly Mara Sidai, is a serene retreat situated  just 1km from Ololaimutia Gate in the Maasai Mara. Olailepo is a Maasai word for Eagle and that is why we soar high when it comes to hospitality.

Accommodation

Olailepo Mara Camp boasts 23 comfortable en-suite tents, each equipped with a private bathroom with hot water.  Other amenities at the camp include a restaurant, lounge, and outdoor gazebo among others. Choose any of our en-suite tents to experience a mix of nature and modernity for a comfortable stay. The accommodations offer both an incredible and relaxing experience for your holiday. Our double tent comes with a double bed which are complemented with artistic and comfortable amenities for a wonderful stay including camping chairs, table and en-suite bathroom. The twin bed tent comes with two single beds and suitable for two people. co Amenities in the tent include an en-suite bathroom with hot/cold shower, flush toilet, mosquito net, camping chairs, and table. Our family tents has extra beds for all family members. They have an en-suite bathroom.

Location

Travelers can reach the camp by road from Nairobi, a distance of 250 km, or by air in just 45 minutes via Keekorok Airstrip. Our camp is less than 1km away from Ololaimutia gate, and just 14km from Sekenani Gate. This makes it easy to that long awaited morning or evening game drive in the Mara.
